High density cement slurry system

Classification:

Summary:High density cement slurry system is based on the principle of particle gradation, preferably a certain density and particle size of the weighting material, can be prepared according to the requirements of the density of 2.0-2.8g/cm3 of cement slurry, applicable temperature range of 20-180 ℃.

High density cement slurry system is based on the principle of particle gradation, preferably a certain density and particle size of the weighting material, can be prepared according to the requirements of the density of 2.0-2.8g/cm3 of cement slurry, applicable temperature range of 20-180 ℃.
Since the first use of high-density anti-channeling cement slurry with 193.7mm suspension (4049.45-5458.34m) in the active gas layer of Well Yuanba 3 on March 14, 2008, 181 wells have been cementing with high-density cement slurry. The qualified rate was 98.34 %, and the excellent rate was 65.19%.
Among the high-density cement slurries that have been used, the highest density is the ultra-high density cement slurry with a density (average) of 2.75g/cm3 (construction density: 2.67-2.82g/cm3) used in the 244.5mm casing single-stage cementing of well Wen 72-421 in Zhongyuan oilfield on December 12, 2013, with excellent cementing quality.

Good News: Sinopec Achieves New Breakthrough in “Deep-Earth Engineering”

Recently, Sinopec’s “Deep-Earth Engineering–Sichuan–Chongqing Natural Gas Base” has once again reported a significant breakthrough. The Yonghong-1 well, a key ultra-deep tight sandstone exploration well deployed by Sinopec Exploration Branch in Bazhong City, Sichuan Province, has successfully tested high-producing gas flows, marking an important new stratigraphic breakthrough in the Jurassic system of the Sichuan Basin. This discovery confirms the favorable exploration and development potential of the Jurassic tight sandstones in the Bazhong area, suggesting the prospect of establishing a new resource base for increasing reserves and boosting production in the Sichuan Basin.
