After adding appropriate amount of latex into the cement slurry, when the cement slurry forms a filter cake, a part of the rubber particles are jammed and filled in the gaps between the cement particles to reduce the permeability of the filter cake. On the other hand, the rubber particles aggregate into a film between the cement particles under the action of pressure difference. This film covers the surface of the filter cake to prevent the filtration loss of the cement slurry. The polymer rubber particles in the latex are wrapped into spherical particles by emulsifier and stably dispersed in the cement slurry, it has a dispersing and lubricating effect on the cement slurry system, and the viscosity of the cement slurry system is low and the rheological property is good.
High temperature retarder BS200-G
The use of BS200-G-type oil well cement high temperature retarder, thickening time can be adjusted according to needs, thickening time and dosage has a good linear relationship, easy to construction control, BS200-G-type oil well cement retarder to adapt to a wide temperature range (100~200 ℃), and other cement additives have good compatibility, does not affect the strength of cement stone, can improve the rheology of cement slurry. BS200-G retarder has no selectivity to cement variety and water quality, and is especially suitable for cementing under high salinity conditions.

JZ type cementing weighting agent has three types of density: 5.0g/cm3, 6.0g/cm3 and 7.0g/cm3, and its fineness can be processed into 100-1200 mesh according to production requirements. The model is selected and adjusted according to the density of cement slurry, and the density and dosage have a good linear relationship. The JZ type oil cementing weighting agent has good compatibility with other cement additives. The JZ cementing weighting agent has no selectivity to cement varieties and water quality, and is also suitable for construction under high salinity conditions.
