4. Experimental steps:

Invade the outer drum of the six-speed rotary viscometer into the oil-based mud, make the oil-based mud level reach the standard marking line of the outer drum, infuse it for 30min, take it out and hang it in the air with a wire for 10min. Install the outer drum into the drum, pour the well-equipped weighted flushing spacer into the sample cup to the marking line, and raise the tray to make the liquid level of the sample cup reach the marking line of the outer drum. The following experiment considers the displacement problem. The six-speed rotational viscometers are all operated at a speed of 200r/min. Calculated with the diameter of the outer cylinder of the six-speed rotary viscometer of 4cm, the annulus return speed is 0.418m at the speed of 200r/min.
