1. Overview

Oil-based drilling fluid flushing agent (CXJ-1) for cementing is light yellow transparent viscous liquid. It has significant dilution and dispersion effect on mud, cement slurry and contaminated gel of mud and cement slurry, and has good chemical flushing and water wetting effect on the interface. During cementing construction, it can prevent the pollutants of mud and cement slurry from gelling, improve the displacement efficiency of cement slurry, remove mud cake and increase the bonding strength of the interface, thus reducing the construction risk and improving the cementing quality. This product is more effective in horizontal wells and cementing wells using oil-based mud.

2. Main Ingredients/Composition

This product is composed of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, penetrating agent JFC, organic solvent as the main material and surfactant as the auxiliary material. Oil-based flushing agent alkylphenol ether (CXJ-1) for cementing.

3. Purpose and Use

Add water in proportion and stir evenly. Add spacer fluid to form prepad fluid with dual functions. The amount of prepared flushing fluid is 300m well interval or 6~8min flushing time. For horizontal wells and wells using oil-based mud, the dosage of CXJ-1 shall be increased appropriately. recommend dosage: 5 ~ 20%,
