2. features
After adding appropriate amount of latex into the cement slurry, when the cement slurry forms a filter cake, a part of the rubber particles are jammed and filled in the gaps between the cement particles to reduce the permeability of the filter cake. On the other hand, the rubber particles aggregate into a film between the cement particles under the action of pressure difference. This film covers the surface of the filter cake to prevent the filtration loss of the cement slurry. The polymer rubber particles in the latex are wrapped into spherical particles by emulsifier and stably dispersed in the cement slurry, it has a dispersing and lubricating effect on the cement slurry system, and the viscosity of the cement slurry system is low and the rheological property is good. With the deepening of the hydration process of cement, the colloidal particles accumulated on the surface of the hydration product form a continuous film and are connected with the hydration product, thus forming a network structure with the polymer and the hydration product penetrating each other. In the end, the polymer film covers the C- S-H gel, the cement stone has low permeability, high compressive strength and strong corrosion resistance.
Through chemical and mechanical action, the dispersion and stability of the cement slurry are excellent, and the free water is zero.
According to the provisions of Section 10 of API, the water loss can be controlled below 10 ml/30 minutes.
3. Usage and Dosage
It can be added into the slurry water in proportion and circulated evenly. recommend dosage range is 8% ~ 15%.

Net weight 25±0.5kg/barrel, avoid sun, puncture. Transport by regular chemicals.
5. considerations
This product is non-flammable, non-toxic, contact with the eyes, skin is slightly irritating. In case of contact with eyes and skin, flush with fresh water.

Part 4 First Aid Measures
First aid: □ Skin contact: Take off contaminated clothing and rinse thoroughly with soap and water.
