The following are China’s top 10 natural gas fields: Anyue Gas Field: Located in the central part of the Sichuan Basin, it is the first large-scale, fully-developed gas field in the southern Sichuan region with proven reserves exceeding 100 billion cubic meters. It spans Ziyang and Suining in Sichuan Province as well as Tongnan District in Chongqing Municipality. With abundant reserves, high-quality gas, and high production levels, it is currently the largest single marine carbonate reservoir in China.

[Reprinted] Thematic Initiative | Resin Cement Slurry Delivers Remarkable Performance in Cementing Applications

Recently, the 139.7-mm production casing in Well Jinshan 105H, which is under the jurisdiction of the Cementing Branch, was successfully sealed for the first time using resin-based cement slurry. The well has completed acoustic amplitude logging and passed the full-wellbore pressure test with flying results. Logging data indicate that the quality of the cemented interval meets the design requirements. Moreover, even in the presence of oil-based drilling fluid in the wellbore, the resin-based cement slurry used in the tail section demonstrated excellent sealing performance. The length of the cemented interval using resin-based cement slurry reached 1,200 meters, setting a new company record for the longest cemented interval ever achieved. The team has obtained 3 national invention patents and 19 utility model patents. Among these, the company’s independently developed high-temperature retarders and fluid-loss reducers have filled domestic gaps and reached internationally advanced levels. Several of these products and solid-liquid fluid technologies have been exported to South Korea and the Middle East, with cumulative applications exceeding 4,000 well operations both domestically and internationally. He has provided solid-liquid additives and related技术服务 for key projects such as the Puguang Gas Field, Yuanba Gas Field, and Ling Shale Gas Field, successfully addressing technical challenges including ultra-deep well cementing under extreme temperatures, ultra-high-density cementing, and preventing gas migration during cementing operations.
