Briefing on the 2013 Annual Work Summary and Awards Ceremony
The sun shines brightly outside the window, and the room is warmly cozy. Hongsheng employees have gathered together to hold the 2013 Annual Work Summary and Awards Ceremony.
Ultra-high-density latex cement slurry system successfully implemented.
On December 12, 2013, our company’s independently developed ultra-high-density (2.80 g/cm³) latex-based cement slurry for preventing channeling was successfully applied in the cementing operation of the Φ244.5 mm casing at Well Wen72-421 in the Zhongyuan Oilfield. The construction process went smoothly, the slurry exhibited excellent fluidity, and the cement slurry density was uniform (with a maximum density of 2.82 g/cm³), resulting in high-quality cementing results.
Hongsheng Company Successfully Completes Pilot Production of Temperature- and Salt-Resistant Fluid Loss Additive
The quaternary copolymer oil-well cement fluid-loss additive, independently developed and produced by Hongsheng Petroleum Technology, has successfully passed both laboratory testing and field applications. This novel fluid-loss additive, copolymerized from AMPS, AM, AA, and N-vinylpyrrolidone, exhibits remarkable resistance to temperature and salinity, meeting the stringent requirements for cementing operations in high-temperature and high-salinity environments.
The company’s latex-based cement slurry system for preventing gas migration ensures that both laboratory and field preparation times are reduced to 7.
Well Yuanba 103H was cemented using 193.7 mm casing, with a well depth of 7,045 m and a cementing interval of 2,400 m. The well’s inclination was 85.5 degrees. After two months of preparation for experiments by a well-known foreign company failed to meet the required standards, our company’s latex-based cement slurry system for preventing gas migration was adopted. As a result, the time required for deep-well reservoir cementing experiments and on-site preparations was reduced to just 7 days, and the cementing operation proceeded smoothly with qualified cementing quality.
The company’s independently developed lightweight material has a compressive strength of up to 60 MPa.
For Well Renhe 1, a 273.1-mm casing was cemented using a cement slurry with a density of 1.45 g/cm³. The slurry incorporated a lightweight material developed in-house by our company. After subjecting the slurry to a pressure of 60 MPa, its density changed to 1.45/1.46. This lightweight material boasts low cost and excellent performance, making it highly significant for reducing the cost of low-density cementing operations in deep wells.
The company has developed a highly efficient oil-displacing flushing fluid.
The company has assembled a dedicated team to develop an efficient oil-based mud displacement flushing fluid specifically for cementing horizontal shale gas wells. This highly effective displacement flushing fluid has been used in over 20 well cementing operations in the Jiaoshi shale gas field in Fuling, Chongqing, achieving a 100% high-quality cementing rate and earning high praise from the client.
