Cementing Technology Strategy of Well Ma Shen 1
Well Ma Shen 1 is an exploratory well deployed by Sinopec Exploration Company in the high part of the road back structure in the Tongnanba structural belt in northeastern Sichuan. The main exploration of the Cambrian Longwangmiao Group and the Upper Sinian Dengying Group. The designed well depth is 8280m, and the actual completed well depth is 8418m. It is currently the deepest well in China, as well as the deepest onshore well in Asia, the deepest vertical well in Asia and the deepest vertical well in Asia. The drilling was started on June 15, 2014 and completed on January 21, 2016, with a drilling cycle of 587 days. Drilling construction team: 90106ZY team; cementing construction team: Zhongyuan Cementing Southwest Project Department; cementing slurry service unit: Sichuan Hongsheng Petroleum Engineering Technology Service Co., Ltd. undertook the cementing slurry technical service for the remaining 7 wells except the first opening.

Research and practice of shale gas oil-based mud cementing slurry technology for horizontal wells
Hongsheng Company has been studying the cementing slurry and prefixed fluid technology for shale gas oil-based mud horizontal wells since the beginning of 2013. On the basis of a large amount of preparatory work such as theoretical analysis, technical demonstration and full experiments, Hongsheng Company formally carried out on-site application in the second half of 2013. Four wells were cemented in that year, with satisfactory quality results. The cementing quality rate in the horizontal section was 100, and the cementing quality of two wells was excellent.

Oil-based mud flushing agent CXJ-1
The key to oil-based mud cementing is to solve the flushing agent, remove the mud cake of oil-based mud, and let the subsequent pre-flush complete the wetting reversal process from oil infiltration to water infiltration, so as to provide a good environment for the cementing of cement slurry, so as to achieve the purpose of improving and ensuring the cementing quality.
Ultra-high-density latex cement slurry system successfully implemented.
On December 12, 2013, our company’s independently developed ultra-high-density (2.80 g/cm³) latex-based cement slurry for preventing channeling was successfully applied in the cementing operation of the Φ244.5 mm casing at Well Wen72-421 in the Zhongyuan Oilfield. The construction process went smoothly, the slurry exhibited excellent fluidity, and the cement slurry density was uniform (with a maximum density of 2.82 g/cm³), resulting in high-quality cementing results.

Hongsheng Company Successfully Completes Pilot Production of Temperature- and Salt-Resistant Fluid Loss Additive
The quaternary copolymer oil-well cement fluid-loss additive, independently developed and produced by Hongsheng Petroleum Technology, has successfully passed both laboratory testing and field applications. This novel fluid-loss additive, copolymerized from AMPS, AM, AA, and N-vinylpyrrolidone, exhibits remarkable resistance to temperature and salinity, meeting the stringent requirements for cementing operations in high-temperature and high-salinity environments.
The company’s independently developed lightweight material has a compressive strength of up to 60 MPa.
For Well Renhe 1, a 273.1-mm casing was cemented using a cement slurry with a density of 1.45 g/cm³. The slurry incorporated a lightweight material developed in-house by our company. After subjecting the slurry to a pressure of 60 MPa, its density changed to 1.45/1.46. This lightweight material boasts low cost and excellent performance, making it highly significant for reducing the cost of low-density cementing operations in deep wells.
